How do I get to your car from LAX?
Just grab an Uber or Lyft from LAX to our Playa Vista location—it’s about 8 minutes and typically costs $15-20. Once you book, we’ll send you the exact pickup address and detailed instructions. Way easier (and cheaper!) than dealing with airport rental counters, shuttles, and fees.
What's the exact pickup address?
We’ll provide the complete address in Playa Vista immediately after your booking is confirmed. The location is in a quiet residential area with easy street parking. We’ll also share our contact info so you can text or call when you’re on the way.
Can you pick me up from LAX?
Our focus is being the most affordable option for budget-friendly cars near LAX, and airport pickup would actually cost you more. We’d have to cover LAX parking fees (both at pickup and drop-off) plus a convenience fee to get back home—costs that would quickly add up and defeat the purpose of choosing a budget rental. The Uber from LAX to Playa Vista is only $15-20 and keeps your total cost way lower than traditional airport rentals!
Where do I park when I arrive for pickup?
Free street parking is available right near the pickup location. We’ll send you specific instructions with your booking confirmation, including exactly where to meet us and any parking tips for the area.
What if my flight is delayed?
No problem! Just message us through Turo with your updated arrival time. We’re flexible and understand that flight schedules change. We’ll work with you to make the pickup smooth, no matter when you land.
Where do I return the car?
Same convenient Playa Vista location where you picked it up. Just return it with the agreed-upon fuel level, park on the street, and we’ll coordinate the final handoff. Easy in, easy out.
Do you offer delivery to other locations?
We keep our pricing low by sticking to our convenient Playa Vista location. Delivery would require us to add parking costs and convenience fees for our travel time (both ways), which would increase your rental price significantly. Our mission is to be your most affordable option, so we’ve optimized everything around our single pickup/return location. Trust us—the quick Uber ride saves you money in the long run!
